Sample full report
This is what the full report looks like before you buy. It was produced for a fictional demo webshop — no real site was scanned.
Findings (selection)
- Critical – product images without alt text. 14 images on six product pages are missing alt. Describe the image, or use alt="" for purely decorative images.
- Critical – search field without a label. The search field on the homepage and all category pages has no associated <label>, so screen-reader users cannot tell what the field does.
- Serious – "Read more" links without context. Nine links on the category pages say only "read more". Write what the link leads to, e.g. "Read more about delivery".
- Serious – icon buttons without text in the cart. The "remove item" button is an icon with no text or aria-label.
- Minor – heading levels skipped. The product pages jump from H2 to H4 in four places.
- Minor – no "skip to content" link. Keyboard users must tab through the entire menu on every page.
Your Annex V information document – written and ready
The law requires your shop to publish accessibility information (Article 13 and Annex V; Annex 4 of the Danish Act). The report contains the document, written and ready to publish on your site. Excerpt:
Accessibility information for demo-shop.example
Demo-shop.example is partially conformant with EN 301 549 (built on WCAG 2.1 AA) …
"Partially" means: we have found 9 points that do not yet meet the requirements, and we are working to fix them. The list, the remediation deadline and contact details follow …
The document is written from your scan results and your answers to six questions — not copied from a template that doesn't fit your shop.
What the report cannot do
An automated scan covers roughly 30-40% of the requirements (the 50 success criteria in WCAG 2.1 AA). A good result does not prove that the site complies with the law — only that we found no automated errors. The rest requires human review. The report itself says so too.
